Bliss was a dream, an idea, 1 year ago on paper, and is now a vibrant business in Waterdown, Ontario, Canada.  In this episode I talk with Broghen and Meagan, owners of Bliss Kitchen and Yogashala.

We learn about creating a community with 2 different businesses.

Move your body with yoga and get nourishment at the Bliss Kitchen restaurant.

A great share is from Meagan and her journey to India on a yoga retreat.  During this getaway she met a 106 year old man still teaching yoga every morning.  A true entrepreneur doing his passion.

Bliss is soy free, refined sugar free (they only use maple syrup or dates).  They are plant-based, and make everything from scratch, and avoid all processed foods.

We bring up a new question for future guests.  What are you doing in the digital economy?  Meagan and Brogan answer the question, they want to become more global by adding an e-commerce part to their website.  An e-book is in the future.
